Hello, My CPU config is i5 430/4GB RAM, Win 7 64 bit Home basic. Also purchased the Divx codec again thinking my old serial number may have been the problem.Īnyone have any ideas? Everything was fine right before the crash but the codec version I was running was what was available from the divx website about a month ago. Please install the latest Divx codec.' I tried downgrading to another codec that I had on a spare hard drive but I get the same message. Divx says 'Dr.Divx cannot use the Divx codec version currently installed. I had to reload Windows XP and downloaded the latest Divx codec as of APril 10th 2010. I have DivX 6.9.2 Codec on my old PC running on Vista, me new PC is running on Windows8. The chart shows that in our test when we disabled post-processing and compared the time taken by DivX Codec 6.7 against DivX Codec 6.8.2 for the clip.
